AMAZAKE POPSICLE
It's been a few weeks since the kids started school. When they come home from PE class, they crave something cold. That's why I make amazake sherbet. Just freeze amazake with various flavors, and you have a nutritious snack that the kids will love.
I froze the gray one with black koji amazake. The black koji amazake has a refreshing taste with citric acidity. It is very popular with my children who don't like the unique flavor of amazake.
There is no recipe. Just add whatever you want to the amazake and mix it in a blender. You can store the rest in the freezer. It's still going to be a hot day so that these sweets will help with nutrition! Full of enzymes boosts immunity.
子供達の学校が始まり数週間。体育の授業がそとであって帰ってきた日は冷たい物を欲しがります。そんな時は甘酒シャーベット。作りすぎた甘酒を色んなフレーバー付けてPopsicleの棒を付けて凍らせるだけで栄養満点子供が喜ぶおやつの完成。
グレーのは黒麹を凍らせました。黒麹甘酒はクエン酸の酸味があって何とも爽やかな味。甘酒独特な風味の苦手な我が家の子供達には好評です。
レシピはありません。甘酒に好きなものを入れてブレンダーで混ぜるだけ。あとは冷凍庫にお願いします。まだまだ暑い日が続くのでこのおやつに栄養も助けてもらいます!酵素たっぷり、免疫力アップ。

Preparation: Mix your ingredients and pour into molds according to the popsicle you want to make:
Freeze: Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard, at least 4 hours.
Unmold: Run mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen, then remove pops from the molds.
