HISHIROKU is making Koji Seed more than 360 years in Kyoto. With 20g of Chohaku Kin Koji Seed powder, you can make 15kg rice Koji. For Miso, Doburoku (Japanese Homemade Sake), Amazake, and Soy Sauce.

Instructions:

1. Please keep "Rice Koji" in a cool and dark place with no humidity below 15 degrees.

2. Use in a clean environment and prevent contamination

3. After opening the packet, please use it up as soon as possible
