Grilled chicken with Lemon shio koji

 I'm sure some of you will ask, "How do you use this new condiment?" so I'll post some recipes.

It's easy to use, so I recommend this easy way for busy people to make the main dish just by marinating it and grilling it before dinner. The last picture shows just marinated shrimp instead of chicken, making a meal with koji condiments a lot more fun!

Grilled chicken with Lemon Shio Koji 

Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken meat

  • Rosemary to taste

  • 15g lemon shio koji

How to make

  1. Marinate the chicken of your choice with lemon shio koji.

  2. Sprinkle the herbs of your choice on top.

  3. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.

  4. Wipe off the shio koji before grilling. (Be careful not to burn the chicken if it has koji on it.)

  5. Bake in a frying pan until golden brown.
